About the Role:

As a Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for the overall direction and management of our nursing department. Your primary duties will include providing leadership and guidance to our nursing team, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the nursing department, ensuring provision of high-quality patient care

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or related field
• Current RN licensure in the state of New Jersey
• Minimum 3 years of experience in nursing administration or leadership role
• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in coaching and mentoring staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities, with a focus on quality patient care
