Healthcare - Construction Superintendent

Description Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project completion. Manage day-to-day field operations, subcontractors, and trade coordination. Drive project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved safely and efficiently. Enforce site safety standards and promote a culture of accountability. Monitor quality control procedures and ensure work meets project specifications. Coordinate inspections, testing, and regulatory compliance requirements. Identify and resolve field issues to minimize schedule impacts. Collaborate with project management teams, owners, architects, and consultants. Manage site logistics, material deliveries, and workforce planning. Oversee punch list completion, commissioning support, and project closeout activities. Profile A successful 'Healthcare - Construction Superintendent' should have: Healthcare construction superintendent experience required. Proven success leading ground-up or major renovation healthcare projects. Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, safety practices, and sequencing. Experience managing multiple subcontractors and maintaining complex schedules. Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents. Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of delivering quality projects. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Experience on higher education, institutional, or healthcare campus projects is an advantage. Proficiency with construction management technology and field reporting tools is preferred.
