Join The UPS Store Mariemont as a Center Associate and become a vital part of our team in Cincinnati, OH. In this role, you will assist customers with a variety of shipping, printing, and packing services while providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience at our location.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Process shipping transactions accurately and efficiently
• Provide packing services, ensuring items are securely packed for transit
• Operate office equipment including printers, copiers, and postage meters
• Handle cash and credit transactions, maintaining balanced registers
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Support team members as needed to meet customer demands

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer service experience preferred
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift packages up to 50 lbs

• Compensation: $13.00 per week, paid bi-weekly plus bonus
