Working remotely provides our therapists with flexibility while maintaining a strong collaborative spirit through virtual meetings, consultations, and team-building activities. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, although some flexibility in scheduling may be necessary to meet patient needs effectively. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand patients' trauma histories and identify appropriate, individualized treatment methods.

• Develop and maintain tailored treatment plans aimed at fostering resilience and supporting trauma recovery.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate patient healing.

• Provide individual therapy sessions as well as group therapy opportunities, focusing on trauma processing and the development of coping strategies.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, to ensure cohesive and integrated patient care.
\n
• Offer crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and emotional support.
\n
• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses and coping mechanisms, empowering them with resources for ongoing support.
\n
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient progress and treatment in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings, dedicated to ongoing professional development and up-to-date knowledge of trauma-informed care methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role specifically focuses on serving individuals affected by various forms of trauma, including those dealing with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. You will engage with a diverse range of patients, each bringing unique experiences and challenges that require tailored therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active, valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.
\n
• Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a relevant setting, preferably focusing on trauma care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
