Job Title: Lathe Machinist Job Description

Set up and operate a Eurotech Twin Turret/Spindle Lathe equipped with a Fanuc Controller. Conduct first article inspections using micrometers, calipers, head gauges, and other measuring tools. Work primarily with stainless steel materials, maintaining specifications within +/- 1 thousandth of an inch. Serve as a mentor and resource to newer machinists, sharing knowledge to aid in their development.

• Set up and operate a Eurotech Twin Turret/Spindle Lathe with a Fanuc Controller.
• Perform first article inspections using precision measuring instruments.
• Maintain precision on stainless steel components, typically up to 6 inches in length, within tight tolerance levels.
• Provide guidance and training to less experienced machinists.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Experience with setting up and operating Twin Turret/Spindle Lathes.
• Familiarity with Fanuc controllers, Haas, Eurotech, and G&M codes.
• Troubleshooting skills for machinery issues.

• Possess a teacher or leader mindset to effectively mentor others.

This is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $93600.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
