Who We Are Looking For
We welcome PhD-qualified applicants at the following career stages:
- Postdoctoral Researchers: PhD graduates currently undertaking postdoctoral research, with relevant expertise and demonstrated research potential.
- Industry R&D Experts: Researchers with experience conducting independent research and a record of academic or applied research achievements.
- Associate Professors and Above: Academics at the Associate Professor level or higher, with experience in research, teaching, or both.
Applicants from universities may hold research-focused, teaching-focused, or combined appointments . Applicants from industry must hold a Scientist I position or above .
Requirements:
- A PhD degree in a relevant scientific, engineering, or technology discipline
- At least three years of research experience in an academic or industry setting
- A strong research track record, demonstrated through publications, patents, or other relevant achievements
- An interest in independent research and international collaboration

Attractive Compensation & Funding
Competitive employment packages may include:
- Annual Salary: Approximately USD 70,000 – USD 285,000+ , depending on qualifications, experience, discipline, and host institution.
- Government Talent Award: Eligible candidates may receive talent award up to USD 570,000 , and housing support up to USD 240,000
- Outstanding researchers may also become eligible for additional research funding of up to USD 715,000.
Additional support may include housing assistance, family-related support, and other
applicable benefits , depending on the specific opportunity and candidate profile.
