The position will begin August 31, 2026 and is anticipated through December 23, 2026.

• Certification as School Nurse from Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE)
• Current First Aid and CPR/AED certification
• Experience with school-age nursing, young adult experience preferred
• Current understanding of health issues in school-age children
• Familiarity with public health requirements for public schools
• Adequate skill with computer to manage computerized health data system
• Commitment to health and well-being of school-age children
• Willingness to be a member of a system health-care team
• Ability to work well with staff, parents and students
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
