You will:Functions under the general supervision of the Nurse ManagerResponsible for assisting in the management and rehabilitation of patients with wounds, ostomies, abdominal stomas, incontinence, ulcers and other skin conditions.Provides leadership and direction for coordination and improvement of WOC care, including development of policies and procedures, guidelines, standards of care and researchYour skills, compassion, and critical thinking will help patients achieve greater independence, strength, and quality of life.What we offer:Fundamental to providing great care is supporting and rewarding our team. In addition to your base compensation, this position also offers:401(k) matchingProfessional development and growth opportunitiesQualifications and requirements:Current RN licensure in the state.Graduate of accredited wound ostomy care nurse program with current licensure in the state.At least 2 years of current experience in the specialty is required.Wound Ostomy Care Nurse (WOCN) preferred.Additional requirements include:CPR/BCLS certification.
