Real Radiology is seeking US-based remote Teleradiologists for swing shift and overnight coverage. This physician-owned, Radiologist-led practice offers efficient workflows, operational transparency, and personalized support. The role provides a balanced, individualized case queue with minimal interruptions, allowing physicians to focus on interpretations.

Responsibilities

• Log into a highly efficient reading and reporting platform
• Read with a balanced, individualized queue
• Focus on interpretation with minimal interruptions

Compensation

• True production-based compensation
• Hourly, weekend, and holiday premiums
• Up to $80,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates

Requirements

• Board certified or board eligible
• Current licensure in CA, CT, ID, KS, MS, NE, NV, OR, TX, NC, SC, IA, MA, or NM strongly preferred
• Willingness to work 7 on / 7 off shifts for sign-on bonus eligibility
• Interest in swing shift and/or overnight coverage for sign-on bonus eligibility
• Commitment to partnering with Real Radiology for 2 years for sign-on bonus eligibility
