Apply now and take the first step toward an exciting and fulfilling career!/ppThe Life of a Phlebotomist/ppWhat does a Carter BloodCare Phlebotomist do?/pulliPersonally connect with donors, listen to their stories, and help them understand the impact of their donation./liliCollaborate with your teammates to create a friendly environment so our volunteer donors feel comfortable returning and encouraging their friends/family to donate/liliBe detail-oriented all day, every day. This ensures that the blood you collect meets regulatory requirements and can be safely transfused./liliWork with your team to move, set up, and take down equipment at mobile blood drives./li/ulpTraining Schedule/ppDuring the training, which can last up to nine weeks, the days and hours will vary depending on mobile drives or Donor Centers hours and may include early mornings, late nights, and weekends. Training will be on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday./ppStandard Schedule After Training/ppTo best meet the needs of our donors and the community, team members work a variable schedule which may include early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
