PCB Assembler

Job Title: PCB Assembler Pay rate: $21 - $27/hr. This position is offering a pay range of $21 - $27/hr. however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. Job Requirements

• High school diploma or technical certification in electronics, engineering technology, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in electronic assembly or production (small-scale or prototyping environment preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, assembly drawings, and BOMs
• Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a small, focused team

Responsibilities: Assembly & Soldering

• Assemble PCBs, sub-assemblies, and full product systems according to assembly drawings and work instructions
• Perform precision soldering of surface-mount (SMT) and through-hole components
• Wire, crimp, and route cables/harnesses within devices as required
• Operate hand tools, soldering irons, and other bench equipment

Prototype Support

• Perform hands-on electrical and mechanical tests on prototypes and production units to confirm performance and reliability
• Assist engineers during prototype builds by testing and troubleshooting electronic assemblies to pinpoint and correct issues
• Used hand and power tools to make mechanical adjustments, repairs, and alignments on electronic enclosures and assemblies
