Position: Nurse (RN) Manager of Medical Surgical Location: North Richland Hills, TX Job Id: 308 # of Openings: 1 Nurse (RN) Manager of Medical Surgical Job Description: The Nurse (RN) Manager of Medical Surgical is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the medical surgical unit. This includes managing staff, ensuring quality patient care, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities: Manage and supervise nursing staff Ensure quality patient care is provided Develop and implement policies and procedures Monitor and evaluate staff performance Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Manage unit budget and resources Participate in staff education and development Requirements: Current RN license in the state of Texas Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) required, Master's degree in nursing (MSN) preferred Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical surgical nursing Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively with others #J-18808-Ljbffr Zunch Staffing
