Position Overview

This regional driving position out of Akron is built around consistent freight and a steady weekly schedule. Drivers run repeat regional lanes with organized dispatch planning and dependable freight flow throughout the week. The account focuses on keeping drivers moving with fewer interruptions and less downtime between loads.

Regional freight moves through established Midwest and surrounding state lanes with scheduling designed to stay consistent from week to week. Drivers who prefer a straightforward operation with planned loads and reliable miles will fit well in this fleet.
Freight & Schedule

Freight includes no-touch dry van and refrigerated loads moving through regional lanes. Most freight is drop-and-hook, with some live loads depending on the customer and delivery location. Dispatch works to plan loads ahead whenever possible so drivers know what the week looks like before finishing the current trip.

Drivers are home every week for a reset. The schedule is designed to provide reliable home time while still allowing drivers to maintain steady weekly miles and earnings.
Equipment

Drivers operate newer sleeper tractors with automatic transmissions and updated safety features. Trucks are maintained through a preventative maintenance program to help reduce breakdowns and avoid unnecessary downtime on the road.

Equipment assigned to the account is built for regional operations and includes both dry van and refrigerated trailers that are kept in good working condition to support consistent freight movement.
Pay & Benefits

Drivers typically earn between $1,300 and $1,700 per week depending on miles, experience, and freight volume. Steady freight on the account helps keep pay more consistent throughout the year. Weekly direct deposit is available, and detention pay is provided when applicable.

Experience Requirements

Drivers must hold a valid Class A CDL and have recent tractor-trailer experience. Accepted experience includes 3 months in the last 6 months, 6 months in the last 12 months, 12 months in the last 2 years, or 18 months in the last 3 years.
