Job Description

The Occupational Therapist facilitates the development and rehabilitation of physically disabled persons, maximizing the functional status of hospitalized patients. Responsibilities include evaluating, planning, implementing, and modifying age-appropriate treatment programs, participating in discharge planning, performing administrative duties, and engaging in professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and modify treatment programs as necessary.
• Participate in discharge planning activities.
• Perform administrative duties as assigned.
• Engage in continuous professional development and quality improvement activities.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 1+ years of experience required.
• National and Oklahoma state license required.
• Experience in geriatric or swing bed settings preferred.
