We are looking for you ! Pay: $30.00 / hourly Bonus Potential: Eligible for $500 quarterly Safe Driver Bonuses + Quarterly Gainshare opportunities. Predictable Schedule: Monday through Friday day shifts—zero weekend shifts and no rotating on-call requirements. Consistent Overtime: 40 to 50 hours per week with steady weekly overtime potential. Early Access: Your benefits start after just 30 days of employment Essentials Duties And Responsibilities Cylinder Handling: Safely load, deliver, and unload cylinders containing compressed gases to both external and internal customer locations. Record Keeping: Accurately record deliveries and pick-ups on a load manifest, obtaining customer signatures for receipt. Collect empty, rejected, or unsold cylinders and return them to a plant or branch for refilling. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all Airgas safety standards (SAFECOR) and government regulations, including those from DOT, EPA, FMCSA, FDA, and OSHA. Required Qualifications Valid Class A or B with HAZMAT (or able to obtain within 90 days from hire date) & Airbrake endorsements Maintain appropriate driver’s license, medical card & endorsements No more than two (2) traffic convictions: OR two (2) at-fault accident in the last 3 years; or no more than a combination of one (1) traffic conviction and one (1) at-fault accident in the last 3 years No driving while under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance within the last seven (7) years Must be able to work in a drug-free environment Be able to regularly lift 75lbs and move more than 125lbs with the aid of material handling equipment Must have 1 year of CDL driving experience in the last 5 years or be able able to provide proof of a certificate of completion from trucking school completed in the last 12 months.
