As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Audit Supervisor to join our team in a hybrid work model, combining the benefits of remote and in-office collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Audit Management: Supervise and lead audit engagements, ensuring adherence to professional standards and timely completion of assignments. Conduct risk assessments, plan audit procedures, and oversee the entire audit process.
2. Hybrid Team Leadership: Effectively manage and support a hybrid team of auditors, providing guidance, training, and fostering collaboration between in-office and remote team members. Conduct regular team check-ins and performance reviews.
3. Client Interaction: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing audit-related guidance, and maintaining strong client relationships. Collaborate with clients on audit planning and strategy.
4. Quality Control: Implement and oversee quality control procedures to maintain the accuracy and integrity of audit deliverables. Conduct reviews of workpapers, audit reports, and other documentation.
5. Hybrid Collaboration: Leverage technology and communication tools to facilitate seamless collaboration between in-office and remote team members. Ensure effective communication and coordination within the audit department and across different firm locations.
6. Professional Development: Contribute to the professional development of the audit team by organizing training sessions, sharing industry updates, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on audit.
• Proven experience in hybrid team management and collaboration.
• Strong knowledge of audit standards and procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
