Requirements Active Washington CNA certification Current BLS certification Minimum 6 months of recent CNA experience (LTC or skilled nursing preferred) Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Responsibilities Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, mobility, and meals Take and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff Support residents’ comfort, dignity, and independence Provide emotional support and companionship Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful care environment Why Ellensburg?
