Schedule: Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm

Responsibilities

·Greet and assist prospective residents with tours and leasing information

·Provide excellent customer service to current and future residents

·Process applications, prepare leasing documents, and maintain accurate records

·Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage office communication

·Assist with marketing efforts and community outreach

·Support daily office operations to ensure a smooth leasing process

·Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment

Requirements

·Previous leasing or customer service experience preferred

·Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·Professional appearance and demeanor

·Ability to multitask and stay organized

·Comfortable using basic computer and property management software

·Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
