Associate Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Mid-Level Renewable Energy Transactions Associate Attorney to join its Denver, CO office. This role involves working within a sophisticated national practice, focusing on renewable energy projects, including development, commercial, financing, and transactional matters. Duties Collaborate with attorneys in the Renewable Energy group. Engage in project development and transactional practice areas. Negotiate, draft, and close complex commercial agreements. Advise on tax credit matters, including ITCs and PTCs. Requirements 5-7 years of experience in renewable or conventional energy transactions, or related fields. Strong writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Licensed to practice in or eligible for admission without examination in Colorado. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Admission to the Colorado Bar or eligibility for admission without examination.
