Qualifications

• State License Compact licenses are allowed. Willing to obtain is allowed.
• Certifications BLS (AHA). Willing to obtain allowed for BLS (AHA).
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Outpatient Clinic in last 3 years.
• EMR Must have experience with EMRs.
• Skills Assessment OPC skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• References 1 Charge RN reference within the last 182 days. 1 Charge RN reference within the last 1 year.
• Additional Confirmations Medication reconciliation, obtaining vital signs, pain assessment, and patient health questionnaires/history/allergies experience is required.
• Additional Confirmations Telephone triage, surgical teaching, and drain care experience is required.
• COVID Vaccine Medical and religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.
• Flu Vaccine (Current Season) Must be for the current flu season. Medical and religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.
• Travel Contract Local contracts within 50.0 miles not accepted.
• Requested Time Off Up to 10 days of time off can be requested.
