About the Opportunity
MCL Talent Partners is recruiting driven professionals in the Omaha area for a leading national benefits provider. This entry-level role lets you help local families and businesses with essential supplemental insurance while enjoying a predictable schedule and strong earning potential.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Meet face-to-face with local business owners and families.
Present customized benefit solutions.
Build long-term trusted relationships.
Manage your own daily schedule and client follow-ups.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills and a people-oriented mindset.
Self-motivated and coachable.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
No prior insurance experience required — full training and licensing support provided.

Compensation Benefits

100% performance-based uncapped commission.
Target first-year earnings for dedicated reps: $49,200 – $93,500+.
