About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Cardiovascular Surgery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 - 19:00 Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: RN license required Certifications: Required certifications must be held Must-Have: - Completion of PeriOp 101 - Experience in orthopedic and trauma procedures - Certified Surgical Technologists must have orthopedic and trauma experience Description: Must take call 4-6 times a month. Availability to work upcoming holidays is required. The operating room has 10 surgical suites. The unit consists of a team of nurses and surgical technologists. Preferred candidates will have experience in orthopedic and trauma procedures. Candidates who do not possess the required skills will not be considered for the role. The typical procedures performed in this unit include various cardiovascular surgeries. A good personality fit for the team is essential. Candidates will need to follow the unit's guidelines and policies. Weekend shifts and call requirements will be discussed during the interview process.
