Senior Construction Project ManagerFerguson Construction Company (FCC) is an award-winning General Contractor with over 100 years of industry experience. We specialize in heavy and light industrial, commercial, healthcare, and institutional projects. With an in-house design department, FCC also self-performs key trades, including concrete, masonry, steel erection, general carpentry, and sheet metal roofing and siding.As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing project cost control and schedules while ensuring smooth onsite coordination with the project superintendent, safety teams, and quality personnel.Essential Duties:Ensure compliance with FCC standard operating proceduresLead project management efforts to maintain safety, quality, schedule, and cost controlsCoordinate daily operations with the project superintendent and subcontractorsDevelop long-term planning strategies to ensure timely procurement of long-lead itemsTrack, manage, and review subcontractor/vendor billings and produce monthly client invoicesOversee project equipment and manpower needsBuild and maintain subcontractor and vendor relationshipsQualifications:Experience using Procore construction management software preferredStrong architectural and civil background, with working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systemsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field requiredMinimum of 3 years of experience as a project manager in the commercial construction industryBenefits:FCC offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, which will be discussed during the interview process.Ferguson Construction Company is an equal opportunity employer.
