You will be hired to create authentic customer experiences. Participants will "act" as customers in retail locations such as coffee shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. Sessions will be filmed for research and product development purposes. Required Skills & Experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using phones and computers. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to help set up equipment for the daily sessions Valid drivers license and a personal vehicle Comfortable being filmed and recorded; must sign a consent form Able to commute daily to different San Francisco area worksites Job Title: User Retail Actor - San Francisco Start Date: 03/2026 Duration: 2-3 months Schedule : 5 days per week, *will include weekends Shift: Day Shift, start/end times will vary #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
