Purpose of Role

The Director, Women's Train Apparel, is responsible for driving the product vision, strategic direction, and commercial growth of the Women's Train Apparel business. This role leads the creation of consumer-relevant product assortments that connect innovation, outfitting, style, and performance to the evolving needs of the female athlete.

This leader establishes clear product priorities, product truth, franchise opportunities, and marketplace strategies while ensuring teams operate with speed, focus, and strong cross-functional alignment. The role partners closely with Design, Development, Consumer Merchandising, Marketing, Regional, and Supply Chain teams to deliver compelling product ecosystems that strengthen brand authority and drive long-term growth.

Success in this role requires a leader who blends consumer insight, product excellence, operational discipline, and commercial thinking while inspiring teams and driving executional clarity across the product creation process.
