Eligibility Specialist II - Training & Quality Improvement

Florida

Department of Children and Families in Florida seeks an Eligibility Specialist II to determine initial and ongoing eligibility for social service programs. You will review complex cases, mentor staff, and support continuous quality improvements in service delivery. Teleworking may be an option; the position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a tobacco-free environment.
