Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Corning, NY

Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an OTR role that provides competitive compensation and up-to-date equipment? Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks, subject to location and freight availability. While we strive for weekly home time, there may be occasions for 2-week trips. Our schedule runs from Monday to Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is comprised of well-maintained trucks that are no more than three years old, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, and drivers have the option to take their truck and trailer home with secure parking duties.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are 100% no-touch freight, primarily automotive, with 70% drop and hook operations to reduce dock waiting time.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average weekly pay of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 based on your hiring location, with weekly mileage ranging from 2,500 to 2,800 miles. The base pay is between .45 and .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Our operations focus primarily on areas east of I-35, offering potential for dedicated drivers to reach 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning capacity.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Drivers become eligible for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
