Join Genesis of St. Charles as an Automotive Porter, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our dealership by maintaining the cleanliness and organization of vehicles and ensuring a smooth customer experience. This position offers a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced automotive environment with a supportive team.
Responsibilities- Transport vehicles within the dealership lot and service area safely and efficiently
- Clean and detail vehicles including washing, vacuuming, and interior maintenance
- Maintain organization of the lot and ensure vehicles are parked in designated areas
- Assist with inventory tracking and vehicle documentation as needed
- Support service technicians by moving vehicles to and from service bays
- Perform other duties as assigned to support dealership operations
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate vehicles safely and follow dealership protocols
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks such as lifting and standing for long periods
- Previous experience in an automotive or porter role is a plus, but not required
- Competitive pay of $20.00 per hour, paid weekly
