PACE Enrollment & Outreach Specialist I

AltaMed is seeking an Enrollment Development Specialist I to support marketing efforts for the PACE program. You will build relationships with healthcare professionals, providers, and community-based organizations, and serve as the primary contact for the senior population in diverse communities. You will focus on increasing census for your assigned PACE location by identifying new referral sources, generating leads, scheduling tours, and presenting AltaMed’s PACE services while complying with #J-18808-Ljbffr
