This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Mid Market Account Manager based in United States. This is a customer-focused account management role centered on expanding revenue and strengthening long-term relationships within an established portfolio of Emerging Growth and Mid Market clients. You will work with organizations in the banking and financial services sector to identify new business opportunities, increase platform adoption, and deliver solutions that address evolving data and business process challenges. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will develop strategic account plans that support customer success while driving upsell and cross-sell initiatives. The role combines consultative selling, executive relationship management, and business strategy to maximize account growth. Success requires a proactive approach, strong forecasting capabilities, and the ability to navigate complex customer environments. This is an excellent opportunity to make a measurable impact while managing high-value client relationships in a fast-paced technology environment. \n Accountabilities: Drive revenue growth and customer success across an existing portfolio of Emerging Growth and Mid Market accounts by identifying expansion opportunities and delivering strategic account management. Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, serving as a strategic advisor on business and technology initiatives. Identify customer challenges and uncover opportunities for upselling and cross-selling through consultative discovery. Develop and execute account plans that align customer objectives with business growth opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to design implementation strategies and deliver tailored customer solutions. Monitor customer adoption, anticipate evolving business needs, and recommend appropriate solutions. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline visibility, and account performance metrics. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful customer engagements and long-term satisfaction. Requirements: This role requires a consultative sales professional with experience managing complex customer relationships and driving account growth within enterprise technology environments. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. 5+ years of experience in account management, relationship selling, or complex B2B sales. Proven ability to grow existing customer accounts through strategic upsell and cross-sell initiatives. Experience developing account plans and managing executive-level customer relationships. Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting capabilities. Familiarity with MEDDPICC sales methodology is preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical thinking with the ability to understand customer business challenges and recommend strategic solutions. Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, customer success, and technical teams. Benefits: Competitive On-Target Earnings (OTE) structure with a 50/50 base salary and commission split.
