Information Technology Project Manager

The Project Manager 5 role will support the Data Center Modernization & Simplification (DCMS) program and will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing the delivery plan for DCMS cloud migration workstreams and factories. This is a highly experienced program management/execution professional with a deep understanding of enterprise technologies and its application in financial services vertical, with the ability to effectively communicate technical delivery to both technical and non-technical audiences. Requirements Strong experience in business transformation, simplification, and modernization with a get stuff done attitude and drive cultural change. Experience managing in a complex, matrixed environment and comfortable leading and executing through influence. A can-do attitude and an agent to drive velocity and change. Agile & 4iterative delivery and tools expertise for complex, enterprise-wide initiatives (i.e., Jira and Confluence). Deep expertise in strategic problem-solving and project management. Translating technical delivery into actionable communication for senior stakeholders. Data Center build out, Neighborhoods, cloud migration, app modernization/transformation and executive communications. Subject matter knowledgeable in one or more technical area – Change Integration/Change Delivery, DevSecOps, Infrastructure-As-Code, x86/ARM/GPU, Container/K8, Virtual Machines, Networking, DMZ, Databases, Storage, Messaging Middleware, API Gateways, Batch/ETL, Data LakeHouse, AI/ML, Mainframe, Public Cloud Experience strategically engaging with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to leadership. Highly effective and proven consultative leader with strong business and data-driven acumen, to drive continuous improvement in a data-driven way. Responsibilities Connect the dots across workstreams and always be on the lookout for opportunities to improve process, remove friction and transform the business Planning and change management across project scope, timeline, and resources (specific to work stream and factory) Drive execution/workplan management of work stream/factory objectives. Maintain work stream milestones and dependencies. Manage and control the work stream critical path. Develop communication plan aligned with the program communications team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
