Responsibilities Execute duties in your specific area (e.g., Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive‑Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC). Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency. Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas while staying on the move. Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food‑safety standards and cleaning protocols. Stay informed about daily priorities and adapt to changes with a positive attitude. Support team success by completing cleaning and stocking duties and helping set up the next shift. Qualifications Minimum age 16+ and able to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods. Clear communication and quick comprehension of directions in a loud environment. Strong interpersonal skills and love making people smile. Passion for creating moments of comfort, connection, and joy for every guest. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and multitask with ease. Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Completion of basic food‑safety training (Food Handler’s Card, as required by law). Enjoy working with food (food‑service experience preferred but not required).
