HousekeeperWe are currently seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team of professionals!Schedule: Full Time (7:00am - 3:00pm) with alternating weekendsSalary: $17.00 - 18.00 per hour – based on experienceBenefits:Paid Holidays and Floating HolidaysAetna Health Plans, including Medical, Dental, and VisionChild Care ReimbursementCompassionate PTO Donation ProgramFlexible SchedulingEmployee Assistance ProgramPTO Cash Out ProgramRetirement Plan – 401(k) with company matchHousekeeper Responsibilities include:Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents' rightsCleans public areas and resident's apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios & windows, floors, furniture, and common areasSweep and vacuum all assigned areasPerforms all housekeeping duties, following a cleaning schedule and instructions as directed by supervisorClean and/or polish all room furnishings, fixtures, ledges, heating/air conditioning units in resident rooms and all public areasHousekeeper Education & Experience:One year experience in a similar environment such as a senior living community, nursing home or any healthcare field preferredAble to operate cleaning equipment including iron, washer & dryer, brooms, mops, and vacuums and have an understanding on cleaning chemicals and products requiredMust be able to read, write and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job requiredCompany Overview:Peregrine Senior Living is known for their innovative leadership in revolutionizing care for the elderly.
