Quality Assurance Technician

It takes the imagination and passion of all of us—from design and engineering to the manufacturing and marketing of our billions of MedTech products per year—to look at the impossible and find transformative solutions that turn dreams into possibilities.Job Responsibilities:Monitor production processing via random QA auditsSupport/perform necessary quality inspections using proper equipment and techniquesConduct statistical analysis on select processes and report findingsHelp with problem solving – root cause analysis – corrective actionsAssist with accurate documentation of quality inspection resultsSupport production monitoring raw materials comply to required specificationsMonitor outgoing products are in compliance with required specificationsEnsure production personnel are following proper procedures for ongoing production checksAssist with training and instruction for production operators in QA measuring proceduresDevelopment and maintenance of quality procedures and work instructionsAudit and maintenance of compliance to required quality management system standardsProvide support management with detailed quality reports as required – daily, weekly, monthly, etc.Other duties as required by quality managementEducation and Experience:High School / GED Preferred1+ year of Quality Assurance experience, PreferredKnowledge and Skills:Ability to work with little supervisionExperience enforcing SWI / SOPs and product specificationsGMP / GDP knowledgeKnowledge in ExcelStrong mathematics skillsKnowledge on Quality criteria and standard regulationsExperience with measuring equipmentPhysical Demands:Lifting / CarryingStanding / WalkingWork Environment:Manufacturing#earlycareerWhy Join Us?To find purpose in the possibilities, we need people who can see the bigger picture, who understand the human story that underpins everything we do.
