Emergency Medicine Physician

Role Overview As an Emergency Medicine Physician, you will provide urgent care in a rural hospital setting, responding to a mixed patient population with approximately 11,500 annual ED visits. You will deliver high-quality emergency services, participate in hospital code responses, and collaborate within a team supported by a hospitalist program and EPIC EMR system. Responsibilities Manage emergency cases across a range of acuity levels with a focus on patient safety and quality care Respond to hospital codes and support overall hospital emergency response Provide coverage during 24/7 shifts, including day and night rotations Work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure efficient patient flow and treatment Qualifications & Skills Prior rural emergency medicine experience preferred Strong clinical skills in emergency medicine Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Excellent communication and decision-making skills Proficiency with EPIC EMR system Key Attributes Dedication to community health, adaptability to rural healthcare challenges, and commitment to providing compassionate patient care in a dynamic environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
