Responsibilities Conduct individualized evaluations and develop evidence‑based treatment plans. Deliver outstanding hands‑on care that helps patients move better and live pain‑free. Collaborate closely with other disciplines (LMT, ATC, trainers) to deliver holistic care. Educate patients and their families on home exercises and lifestyle strategies. Track progress, adjust treatment, and celebrate patient wins along the way. Uphold our culture of H.O.P.E. in every patient and team interaction. Current Physical Therapy license in the State of Washington (or eligibility). Strong foundation in orthopedic and/or sports medicine care.
