Job Description Directs and oversees facility management operations and ensuring efficient, compliant, and cost-effective support for business operations. Manages projects, environmental programs, energy initiatives, and agreements with military services while driving operational excellence through data-driven metrics and process improvements. Job Grade 5 Job Tier 4 Career Area Construction and Facilities Support Supervisor Yes Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree and twelve years of progressive experience in facility operations management, construction, or construction project management with a minimum of five years at the executive level is required. Additional Qualifications/Requirements PCS Authorized Work site - Corporate HQ, Dallas Texas Proficiency in the application of DODI 1015.15 and AR 215-8/DAFI 34-110 to recurring APF vs NAF discussion Knowledge/understanding of processes employed by DPW/BCEs on military installations History of engagement at 2-star and 3-star flag officer level Major Duties Provides leadership, guidance and drives execution of the Facility Management Offices (FMOs) to ensure effective and efficient support of business operations. Executes small-scale projects and manages regional CAPEX spend. Oversees the military support functions assisting the field in APF/NAF determinations. Develops and oversees the implementation of long-term agreements with military services, including Memorandum of Understandings (MOUs) and Memorandum of Agreements (MOAs) for work execution. Oversees the Energy Management Program to ensure sustainability and cost efficiency. Develops and monitors environmental programs and oversees the NEPA process for facility actions supporting retail, ensuring full regulatory compliance. Conducts quarterly Environmental and Safety Committee meetings to maintain compliance and promote best practices. Develops metrics to monitor and improve efficiencies.
