Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Benefits Flexible and Full‑Time schedules (9:30 am–6 pm weekdays; weekends until 5 pm) Full‑time benefits after an average of 20+ hours, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, sick time, and flex spending Company‑paid life insurance and accidental‑death insurance Exclusive vendor discounts Mileage reimbursement for travel between properties or other work tasks Performance‑based bonuses for Property Managers Job Description Work independently at multiple locations, spending time inside and outside Assess customer storage needs and recommend solutions, including packing and moving supplies Conduct daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability Audit cash drawers and perform bank deposits Maintain customer payment status and make reminder and collection calls as needed Physical Requirements Transport lift/move items up to 35 pounds Walk in and around facilities, spending up to 50 % of time in outdoor environments, including stairs and large doors Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks: sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds, curb appeal, and debris removal Qualifications Experience: Successful candidates come from customer‑service oriented sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food or other service‑based companies. Transportation: Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle to travel between locations or conduct work. Mileage reimbursement available.
