Qualifications:

• Current SLPA credentials with experience in either education or healthcare settings
• Enthusiasm for working with elementary-aged children across a caseload of approximately 40 students
• Commitment to supporting students’ speech and language development in a school environment
• Open to both clinical fellows and experienced assistants, fostering a collaborative and learning-centric team atmosphere
• Strong organizational skills to manage paperwork and progress tracking

Responsibilities:

• Deliver therapy and support services to elementary students as directed by supervising SLPs
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other school staff
• Implement individualized education and therapy plans
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and document interventions
