BAIG, LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional to join our team in Omaha, NE. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and daily living support to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities (IDD)
• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, meal preparation, and household tasks
• Implement individualized support plans (ISPs) and document progress accurately
• Transport and accompany clients to medical appointments, community activities, and errands
• Encourage skill-building, independence, and community integration
• Administer medications and follow health and safety protocols as required
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and care team members

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Previous experience in direct support, caregiving, or human services preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, empathetic demeanor
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and complete required DSP training
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays
