Material Handler / Forklift Operator – 4 AM Start – $19/hr

Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking an experienced Material Handler / Forklift Operator to join a busy warehouse team in Rochester, NY. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone looking for a stable Monday-Friday schedule and the potential to transition into a permanent position.

Pay:

• $19.00/hr, based on experience

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 4:00 AM-12:00 PM

Overtime: Occasional overtime may be required

What You'll Do

• Operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment to safely move, stack, and retrieve materials.
• Operate a Raymond Reach truck to move and organize warehouse materials.
• Use RF scanners to track inventory, locate materials, and accurately process orders.
• Load, unload, stage, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Assist with receiving and preparing materials for shipment.
• Maintain an organized and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and operating guidelines.

What We're Looking For

• Previous forklift experience is required.
• Raymond Reach truck experience is strongly preferred.
• Previous warehouse/material handling experience.
• Experience using RF scanners is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to safety and accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and ability to consistently arrive on time for a 4:00 AM start.
• Must have reliable personal transportation. The facility is not accessible by public transportation/bus lines.
