Our personalized, in-home ABA therapy and autism evaluations are designed to empower children to excel and thrive. About the Role As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Alight Behavioral Therapy, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, client-centered therapy services to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). As a part-time RBT, you will work closely with our team of experienced therapists and children to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities Collect and record data on client behavior and progress Implement behavioral interventions and strategies under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Provide positive reinforcement and support to clients to promote learning and development Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and interventions Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field (psychology, education, etc.) Completion of the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification program Ability to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills What We Offer A supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Competitive hourly rate #J-18808-Ljbffr
