Job Description We are seeking a Dining Manager to join our team! This dynamic role is responsible for managing the food service operation at a healthcare facility while ensuring to uphold our core values. Job Profile: Oversee day to day dining operations Develop, train and supervise staff Establish and maintain excellent relationships with residents Assist the director with meeting operational and financial goals Maintain the highest standards of service and quality Ensure all sanitation and safety guidelines are followed Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess: A degree in a related field Certification for Dietary Management (CDM) preferred Three or more years of food services management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Healthcare and culinary experience A current ServSafe certification A positive and proactive demeanor with excellent communication skills Additional Information Comprehensive benefits package including 401K with a company match, medical, dental, short and long term disability, life insurance, & time off benefits.
