Job Title: Call Center Representative We are hiring a temporary Call Center Representative for a 4–6 week assignment starting July 6, 2026. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Location: West Lafayette, IN Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls from students and families regarding campus housing.Provide information on housing applications, room assignments, move-in, and policies.Escalate complex inquiries when needed.Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative tasks. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.Strong communication and customer service skills.Ability to handle high call volumes.Basic computer proficiency.Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred.Bilingual candidates are a plus. Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $23 - $25 Hourly Bonus/Commission: No
