Construction Estimator: Bids, Costs & Value Engineering

Waypoint Contracting, Inc.

Waypoint Contracting, Inc. is seeking a Construction Estimator to prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial and/or residential projects. This role analyzes plans/specifications, collaborates with subcontractors and suppliers, and supports project teams through bidding and preconstruction phases. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of estimating experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with PlanSwift, Bluebeam, and similar estimating tools. #J-18808-Ljbffr Waypoint Contracting, Inc.
