We are seeking an experienced Full-Time AM Line Cook to help deliver an exceptional culinary experience for our members and guests. You'll work alongside a highly experienced, well-traveled leadership team that's committed to elevating service and cuisine to the next level. Based primarily in our main clubhouse kitchen, this role is perfect for a motivated culinary professional who takes pride in craftsmanship, creativity, and hospitality excellence. Why The Country Club at DC Ranch? The Country Club at DC Ranch is a member-owned, nationally acclaimed private golf and country club poised prominently near the McDowell Mountains. The Club is preparing to unveil its newly renovated championship golf course in November 2026, showcasing the design artistry of Tom Lehman. Alongside the course, members enjoy a stunning 45,000 square-foot Ranch Hacienda Clubhouse, six tennis courts, four pickleball courts, a pool complex, and a fully appointed fitness facility. Qualifications- Must have current AZ Food Handler's Card
- Minimum 2-5 years of kitchen experience at a luxury property or private country club required
- Grill and Sauté experience is required
- Typical shift is 6AM to 2PM
- Open availability is a plus (AM, Weekday, Weekend, Holidays except Christmas)
- Weekend (Saturday/Sunday) availability is required
