Supervise a team of three professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve operational excellence. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to freight, customs, and global trade. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support business objectives and customer satisfaction. Requirements: Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a focus on freight, customs, and global trade compliance. Proven leadership experience, including managing and developing teams. Comprehensive understanding of supply chain operations and logistics processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
