As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour Driver's License Required Job Schedule: Mon – 07:00 AM - 02:30 PM Thur – 02:30 PM - 10:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, associates, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and reporting activities as required. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter areas. Monitor for suspicious activity, policy violations, and potential hazards, helping to deter unauthorized activity through visible presence and timely reporting. Assist with access control, visitor and vendor entry, and other security-related duties as assigned by site leadership. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
