About Our Agency: I opened my agency in 2021 and currently lead a team of seven. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 25 years running a company, giving me extensive experience in leadership, customer service, and building a successful team. Giving back is also important to us, and our agency stays actively involved in the local community throughout the year. Role Description

As an Account Associate for Mike Fahnestock - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
