Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000+ plus Bonus

About the Opportunity
This is an opportunity to join a private equity-backed healthcare technology organization that is building out its Strategic Finance function. This role sits at the center of that effort and is focused on strategy, value creation, and executive-level decision support.


This is not a traditional FP&A role- it's more project-based, forward-looking, and centered on driving business decisions.


What You'll Be Doing
• Lead project-based financial analyses, including business cases, scenario modeling, and value-creation initiatives
• Partner with cross-functional teams including operations, product, technology, and executive leadership
• Build and maintain financial models supporting growth initiatives and operational improvements
• Develop dashboards and reporting to improve visibility into business performance
• Own and drive strategic projects independently as business priorities evolve


Qualifications
• 6+ years of experience in strategic finance, consulting, investment banking, corporate development, or PE operations
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Solid business judgment and ability to work through complex problems
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
